1. Aluminium Composite Panel (Jet-Panel)

The industry standard for premium, long-lasting outdoor signage. Features corrosion-resistant 0.21mm aluminium skins permanently bonded to a polyethylene core. Panels are foldable and suitable for CNC milling.

• 3mm Direct Print: Premium finish printed directly to the composite panel.
• 3mm with 5-Year Printed Vinyl: Laminated and mounted for extended durability.
• 3mm with 7-Year Printed Vinyl: Maximum longevity, laminated and mounted for the harshest conditions.

2. All-Weather Poly Board

• 1.4mm Direct Print: A sturdy, all-weather PVC board with excellent printability. Ideal for robust outdoor signage.
• Specs: Max width/size is 2400mm x 1200mm. Double-sided printing and custom profile cutting are available.

3. PVC Foam Board & Foam Core (Jet-Lite)

• Expanded polystyrene sheets laminated with a clay-coated, acid-free white paper on both sides. Easily cut to shape with a knife.
• Available Thicknesses: 3mm, 5mm, and 10mm Direct Print.
• Best For: High-quality artboard surface finishes, indoor retail signs, and point-of-sale displays.

4. Display Cardboard & Board

• Artboard (360gsm): Multipurpose, medium-weight board with a smooth 2-sided surface.
• Screenboard (2mm): Strong and durable medium-weight board with excellent 2-sided print capability.
• Honeycomb Board (10mm): Ultra-white smooth surface with outstanding rigidity and dimensional stability. Can be contour cut for 3D fabrication.

5. Flute Board (Jet-Flute)

• Light, strong, and durable Corona-treated twin-wall polypropylene sheeting.
• Available Thicknesses: 3mm and 5mm Direct Print.
• Best For: Temporary signage, real estate boards, and indoor/outdoor displays.

6. Acoustic Panels

Sound-dampening and visually striking. Made from 100% recycled polyester core and fully recyclable. Serves as both acoustic paneling and thermal insulation.

• Specs: 9mm and 12mm thickness. Direct printed and cut to any custom size.
• Safety: Fire Rating Class “A” (ASTM E-84 Tunnel Test).

To ensure the highest quality large-format print, please adhere to the following technical requirements:

• File Setup: Supply complete artwork in PDF format (scaled at 10% for oversized prints). Provide a separate file for each design—no multipage documents.
• Colours: Supply as CMYK and/or PMS. All fonts must be converted to outlines. A PMS color matching service is available upon request.
• Layers: Flatten all artwork to remove lenses and transparencies. Supply on a single layer.
• Finishing: No crop marks, die lines, or eyelet provisions are necessary. Send cutting profiles or additional measurements in a separate document.
